The Capillitas mine in the province of Catamarca produces some of the most spectacular rhodochrosite in the world. These specimens are from the 25 de Mayo (banded) and Ortiz (deep red) veins, and are of remarkable quality and beauty.
Curated by a geologist who admires crystals equally for their beauty, amazing geologic history, as well as for the energy they emanate.
