The heart chakra is located at the center of the spine at heart level and its element is Air. In Sanskrit, it is called Anahata, which means “Unhurt” and its mantra is “I love”. The heart chakra is considered the seat of the soul and it defines your ability to love, be compassionate, show empathy, and forgive.

Healing the heart chakra is a good way to bring the other chakras into balance, as it serves as the center of the chakra system. By connecting the lower three earthly chakras with the upper three heavenly chakras, the heart chakra represents the bridge between earthly and spiritual aspects within the body.
