Hello, I’m Valerie!

It’s likely that you found me here through my TikTok account (@littlebopiggy_), experienced healing through my videos, and now want personalized healing!

Energy healing has changed my whole world – for a while now, I have been working with all of the energies here that I offer as attunements (check my “Attunements” section to see the energies that I choose from).

All of the energies that I use for this energy healing session are SAFE, HIGH VIBRATIONAL, and CAN ONLY BE USED WITH LOVING INTENT

🌟MY ENERGY HEALING🌟
We are Source energy in human form! This means that we can create the ultimate, greatest reality that we desire! Our physical world is simply a reflection of our inner state, so we can use it as a mirror to understand our own inner “activity.”

Our aim is simply to feel good in as many moments as possible, regardless of what is happening in our life. Easier said than done, but it’s very possible if we keep working on our inner vibration. Energy healing helps us to clear up our energetic blockages that cause us to feel… not so great.

My focus in my sessions is to get to the root of any blockages within you, clear them up (with time, patience, and high-frequency energies), and help you feel good!

It’s all about YOU. This is YOUR world, YOUR “simulation”, YOUR feelings, YOUR life. You may ask for healing in your relationships, career, etc… but my focus will be to find the root blockage within YOU so that you can attract in a new “outer world reality.”

One intention that I set is that the healing happens for your highest good, in ways that are not too overwhelming for you, in the ways that benefit you most. I ask your spirit team and the highest, most unconditionally loving forces to guide the healing process.

Please keep in mind that this energy healing session can benefit you in many (sometimes surprising) ways. The benefits depend on a number of factors, including your intentions, your specific relationship to this energy, life circumstances, soul desires & growth, etc.

Please be patient with the results. Healing requires both passive and active shifts within ourselves, which take time. Some results may be noticed immediately, while others may be seen down the line. It all depends on what is meant for you to experience 🙂

🌟THE SESSION🌟
I use a combination of various energies that I feel intuitively drawn to use for you (you can check my “Attunements” section for a list of energies that I choose from).

I do a full-body chakra scan & clearing, focusing on clearing up areas within you that feel stagnant, heavy, or stuck.

🌟AFTER THE SESSION🌟
After the session has been completed, you may experience a “healing crisis” (don’t worry, it’s not so scary). Imagine throwing a rock into a muddied pool. The rock will stir up the mud, making the water cloudy before it clears. Similarly, a healing crisis may temporarily bring up old emotions or symptoms as your body adjusts, leading to greater alignment and balance.

So be easy on yourself week(s) following your session. Stay hydrated, rest when needed, and allow yourself time to process any emotions or shifts. Trust the healing process and honor your body’s needs as it adjusts and integrates the energy.

And most importantly, release all expectations of how your healing must look.

🍀 Before you check out, please list your intention for the healing session. You can be as specific as you’d like about your circumstances / blockages! The more information, the better.
🍀 I will conduct your session VIRTUALLY (on my own time) within 5-7 business days. There is nothing that you have to do – just go about your days as normal!
🍀 After the session is completed, I will message you with some session notes (including your unique light language codes).

💜 How long should I wait before booking the next session?
There is no specific wait time – your intuition will nudge you when you’re ready for your next healing :).
💜 What am I supposed to feel afterwards?
Healing can happen in an infinite number of ways. Sometimes, you can tangibly “feel” it, while other times, the healing happens on a much more subconscious level. Trust that you are receiving healing in the way that is meant, even if you’re not “feeling” a certain way that you expected to.
💜 What do I need to do after the session?
Healing happens both actively and passively. Nurture yourself by staying hydrated, getting plenty of rest, and creating space for reflection. Honor any emotions that arise in you and allow them to pass without judgment.
💜 Is energy healing safe?
Yes, it is safe and non-invasive. It complements other forms of therapy and medical treatment (but is not a substitute for professional medical advice).
💜 Do I need to believe in it to work?
No specific belief is required. While an open mind can enhance the experience, the energy will work regardless of your level of understanding or skepticism.
💜 Refunds & “delivery” time?
Sessions cannot be refunded. Delivery time is 5-7 business days.
