What is distant Reiki with crystals?

How does it work? We don’t have to physically be together for me to send Reiki as Reiki is energy and it can be sent through space and time with the right intention. Distant Reiki works just as well as face to face Reiki and is a great way to experience it from the comfort of your own home 🤍

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese stress reduction treatment that promotes the body’s natural healing ability. It creates peace and harmony, balancing the energy within the mind, body and spirit. It has many benefits, it can reduce the symptoms of anxiety, stress and depression, relieve pain, create deep relaxation, aid end of life support and so much more. Reiki always goes to where it is needed and works for the highest good of the client 🤍

What happens during a distant Reiki with crystals session? We arrange a time that is good for us both and I will contact you at that time via Zoom or via your preferred method. You can light a candle and put on some gentle music if you wish, I recommend finding somewhere quiet to sit or lie comfortably with your palms facing upwards ready to receive Reiki, taking a few deep breaths and closing your eyes. I will then send you the Reiki bringing in crystals to amplify tge healing. I offer 15 (£7.50), 30 (£15.00), 45 (£22.50) or 60 (£30.00) minute sessions. During the session you may feel relaxed, see different colours or feel tingly. People experience Reiki in many different ways 🤍

How many sessions will you need?
Everyone is different. Some clients just have one off treatments, some have ongoing treatments for relaxation and stress relief and some have a course of treatment until they feel they don’t need anymore 🤍

It is important to consult your GP for any medical concerns. Reiki with crystals is a complementary therapy 🤍
