In this energy session, I will identify whatever limiting beliefs and negative core beliefs that are presenting themselves. Our subconscious mind actively affects reality and we constantly have limiting beliefs and negative beliefs adversely affecting our reality and preventing us from living our best lives. Oftentimes, we don’t even know that we belief and accept falsities as fact, actively manifesting it into reality.

Examples of limiting beliefs include, but are not limited to, “that’s possible for everyone else, but not me,” “it’s not possible for me,” “I’m not qualified for this,” “I’m not as good at this as everyone else,” “I’m unlucky,” “nothing works out for me,” “I can’t ever make that much,” “money is the root of all evil,” “I’ll probably fail at this,” “this is gonna suck,” “I should avoid failure,” “I’ve tried everything already,” just to name a few.

Once we remove these limitations, we are so much more empowered to create the life we want to live.
